ARONJ (Antiresorptive Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw)

This patient developed MRONJ (medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw) from a tooth extraction while taking prolia for their osteoporosis. Make sure you are aware of any anti-resorptive medications your patients may be taking before removing teeth to avoid dead bone!
