Salary: $28-$32+ Bonus/ DOE

Our rapidly growing oral surgery practice, with 4 locations across the Inland Empire, is seeking a highly motivated Personal Relationship Development coordinator (PRD) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referring dental practices, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.


Develop and nurture relationships:

  • Proactively call on existing referring dental practices to maintain open communication and address any concerns.
  • Cold call new general dentistry practices to build our referral network and expand our patient base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to strengthen referral partnerships.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Clearly and concisely communicate insurance options along with referral protocols to referring dentists and their staff.
  • Coordinate patient referrals, ensuring a smooth transition from the referring practice to our offices.
  • Work effectively with internal teams, including surgeons, patient care coordinators, and administrative staff.

Event Management (Project Management):

  • Manage projects related to planning and executing educational events and social gatherings for referring dentists and their teams. This includes tasks like developing budgets, timelines, creating agendas, securing venues, and tracking RSVPs.
  • Coordinate the printing of needed materials and the ordering of needed marketing promotional products.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of referral marketing initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for assigned programs and events, including securing approvals and tracking expenditures against allocated funds.
  • Manage personal business expenses associated with travel, meals, and entertainment for relationship building activities, adhering to company policies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field or,
    • 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, B2B Customer Relationship Management role or a similar position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Experience in communications, marketing, B2B business development.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft office suite of products included Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of crisis management and conflict resolution.

  • This position requires significant driving to various locations for meetings, events, and other engagements.
  • Occasional travel outside the local area may be necessary.
  • Flexible working hours, including the potential for evening or weekend work during events or crises.
