TMJ Arthroscopy

TMJ arthroscopy is a minimally invasive procedure that can be performed at a outpatient surgery facility or hospital. A small camera is placed into your joint space that allows visualization and diagnosis of the problem. Surgical procedures can also be performed to remove scar tissue, cartilage fragments, smooth bone and increase joint space to allow increased mobility and decreased pain.
